Being of sound mind and body I leave all my Jewelry and Furs to

Mr. Peter Barry of Newport Rhode Island.

I leave the Royal Tiaras to Countess Bedelia and that woman in Miami Beach

The Mrs. Astor for reasons they are well aware of.

May all the memories of the Countess du Barry stay close to your hearts

Remember her for all the good times and all the laughs.

The Death of a Countess

I saddens me to have to tell all that the Countess du Barry passed away in her sleep last night. We have spoken to family members and  at the Countesses request the Funeral will be private. Please dim all lights in Castles all over the world friday evening at Nine o'clock in her memory. 

She will always be remembered as the most wonderful hostess. She was also at the top of her game in fund raising . She will be remembered for her great Polo Parties at the Newport Polo Club. and some of the best Dinner Parties that Miami Beach has ever seen.

She leaves her dear friends the Countess Bedelia  and Mr. & Mrs Astor from Boston and Miami Beach and her dear friend Lady Hanson of Newport Rhode Island. May she rest in peace.

Hello everyone Thank God the weather is changing up here in Vt . It has rained for days melting most of the snow. My plans for the Spring and Summer is still in the planning stages. I will keep everyone posted . As for my Dear friend Mr Brian he is as he has been before so high on my s**t list we have to pump air for him to breath . His last little act of  kindness has put him there. Oh yes there is always the Countess Bedelia and Mrs Astor who are both very close to my heart.

It has been brought to my attention the The Countess Bedelia has had her fingers on my blog. Well this countess was happy it will give me the nudge to post more often . So get ready for a wonderful spring and summer.

The Countess duBarry is a social butterfly !

She has just been having too much fun lately. Let's see....where should we begin?

This summer she came to the Berkshires to visit the Countess Bedelia and she came bearing gifts.

At Rumpy's Tavern, she crowned the Queen of the Bar.

And posed with King Troy and the Countess Bedelia.

At Christmas she showed up and surprised the Countess Bedelia.

In the meantime she moved to the frozen tundra of Vermont where she lived on an iceberg until a trip to Miami Beach revived her. A drink at The Palace with Carlos and Mark helped to thaw her out.

Here she is at the Winter Party Pool Party imitating the Countess Bedelia.

Then she took a nap.

Finally she got up to cook dinner.
